Know, How the Google Search Algorithm Works ?

Google is quite familiar name these days. It's popularity is because of the relevancy and reliability of information that it serves. When we are in need of any information we just click on to Google.com and enter our keywords over search box and click the search button. On the next moment we can have top ten results that is very relevant to the keyword we have provided. But have you ever thought how it works. This is a very important question specially for the SEO people. As an SEO Specialist i am exposing my view on the basis of my experience in this topic.

Google Search Bot Searches its database and shows the result which is as simple as we have normally seen in various OS or other search tools. But the main problem is how it ranks the sites and how its database gets updated. While doing so the Search Bot starts from a corner of this web world. Just imagine a spider web. Each node is connected with its corresponding node, so if we can start from a single node and keep on moving we can move through the entire web.In this way when Google search bot passes through a node it collects some valuable information which get listed in its database and on that basis it provides rank to the site. Now the question arises that what can we do so as to make the good impression of my site on Google. Here is the key:

1. Whether the Title tag describes the content of the page at its best.
Suppose your title consist of affordable seo services, then search bot searches these words or similar words in the content of the page as it doesn't have intelligence with which it can decide that yes, the content is really good and the site is providing excellent information. So make sure that your title and keywords in the metatag properly describes the site i.e by putting these terms and similar terms in your content and make few of them as hyperlinked.

2.Get quality inbound links:
Google Search Bot starts it search from top ranked sites which resides in the center of the web (imagine spider web) and gradually steps forward through its links and again from that link's link and so on. So what we have to do is we have to be in touch with these players. To do this you can buy a link or you can send a link request or can submit an article that best describes your site. If you can have a link back to your site then you have built the way by which search bot can enter your site and the rest is yours. At least you can have a chance to represent yourself.

3. Avoid the flash or video or image in the site :
Now its time to represent yourself. Search bot can only read text. So if your page contains large images then obviously the text content will be less and when your page will be visited(cached) search bot will not be able to find relevancy with your title and content. So you will be raked very low. Thus if you are using images, do mention alternate tag that can describe your image or its purpose.

4.Prepare Site Map for your site:
When your page will be cached by search bot then a Site Map can do wonder. Site Map will contain the url of all your inner pages along with home page. So search bot can get into every pages even if all your inner pages are not linked with your home page.
